Sales Tax
No sales tax is charged on orders shipped outside of Texas. Texas residents are required to pay sales tax.

Your order will be processed and shipped to you within 3 business days after we receive your order. If you place your order in the evening or on a weekend, we will begin to process it the following business day.

Warranties and Guarantees
Equipment
New equipment is covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, and used/refurbished equipment is covered by our one-year no-hassle replacement guarantee. If your equipment does not work properly, contact us by phone or e-mail.
Credit Card Processing and Related Services
If you are not 100% satisfied, just let us know in writing within the first 90 days of service. dabowinc. will pay your company up to $250 for any applicable charges to switch back to your previous merchant service provider.
